Two-way email with your Outlook account, attached to client records.
You can now connect your Outlook 365 account in Settings > Integrations. Mail to or from any address linked to a client gets auto-logged. Send replies directly from a case page, and they'll thread inside Outlook normally. Coming next: Gmail.
